The Llangollen Fringe Festival 2008 is almost upon us and the programme of events is pretty much complete. We've got a great line up including the acoustic roots duo Show of Hands, Asian fusion with Kissmet, rising folk stars Wheeler Street and the return of Cerys Matthews. Theres also 4 nights of stand up comedy, family days, a Jazz Guitar Celebration and more!

As well as attracting visitors from all over the UK, the Fringe continues to grow its local following and is achieving its aim to become “the festival for the town in the town” – thanks to everyone in our audience.

The Fringe is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers and only receives limited public funding, so a big thank-you to all who help in whatever way.
