An hour of Fun for all the Family!  Come and be entertained by two of the best family comics in the UK.  The Kagools are a hoot and their clever miming antics are sure to please the whole audience.  Silky delivers the perfect material at a level that appeals to all ages.  A great way to start your afternoon off in Llangollen. 

Suitable for all ages but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Movefulness

Movefullness takes influence from different dance and movement techniques, restoring balance in the body, relieving stress and anxiety, and invoking joy in movement exploration. Bringing together elements of yoga, mindfulness, somatic movement and contact improvisation practice. It is completely inclusive, encouraging all to move within their own limits, and according to their own ability. During this session Ruby will lead gentle yoga type movements followed by joyful dancing with a guided relaxation at the end. The workshop will be accompanied by live music played by Shep.

You will work with a mentor for the day and then perform on Monday night with your band in a concert on the main Llangollen Fringe stage in front of a live audience.
