Scotland Introducing at Llangollen Fringe Festival

Llangollen Fringe Festival is delighted to partner with Showcase Scotland Expo to present a special focus on Scotland as part of the 2026 festival programme.

Following an open call delivered through Showcase Scotland Expo, Llangollen Fringe Festival selected a group of emerging artists working across folk, roots, acoustic, world, Gaelic and Scots language traditions to perform at this year's festival. These artists will appear as part of our Music Around Town programme, bringing free live music to venues across the heart of Llangollen.

Alongside these exciting new voices, the festival will also welcome two of Scotland's most celebrated contemporary acts, Ryan Young and Talisk, for headline performances at Llangollen Town Hall.

From intimate showcases to headline concerts, Scotland Introducing celebrates the richness and diversity of Scotland's traditional music scene while creating new opportunities for artists to connect with audiences in North Wales.
